1.5 oz (Vanilla Infused) Banyan Reserve Vodka*
.5 oz Old St. Pete Rum & Spice
.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup**
2 oz Nut Milk
Nutmeg & Star Anise for Garnish
Add vodka, rum, cinnamon syrup, nut milk and egg to shaker (no ice). Shake well. Add ice to shaker. Shake well again and strain into a Coupe glass. Grate fresh nutmeg on top, garnish with a star anise.
* To infuse Banyan with vanilla, pour vodka into glass mason jar and add one vanilla bean. Close lid, let sit for 7-10 days.
** To make cinnamon syrup, add 1 cup water to a small pan and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup granulated sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Reduce heat, add 2-3 cinnamon sticks. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool.
