1.5 oz Banyan Reserve Vodka
.5 oz Tippler’s Orange Liqueur
.75 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Rosemary Syrup*
Rosemary & Pineapple Wedge for Garnish
Fill a Collins or Rocks glass with ice. Combine vodka, orange liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, rosemary syrup in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins or Rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and rosemary twig.
* To make rosemary syrup, add 1 cup water to a small pan and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup granulated sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Reduce heat, add 4-5 rosemary sprigs. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool.
