Summer Sangria

8 oz. Banyan Reserve Vodka
4 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
1 750mL Bottle Sweet White Wine or Rose
12 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
1 Lemon, Cut into Small Wedges
Lime, Cut into Half Wheels
4 cups Fresh Cut Melon
Method
Combine Banyan Reserve Vodka, Elderflower Liqueur and wine into a large pitcher. Add cut lemons, limes and melons to your mixture. Refrigerate for as long as desired (about 3 hours is ideal). Right before serving, add ice and soda, gently stir.
